How It Works

To make it easy for you and to maximize exhibitor participation, we distilled our process into three simple steps.

Step 1: We create an exhibitor portal & invite exhibitors.

After we touch base and receive basic info and branding materials, we create an exhibitor portal, and invite your exhibitors to participate*. Exhibitors are incentivized to participate with a reward for participation (such as a discount or advertising credit). Optionally, we can call each exhibitor individually to explain the benefits of the program to increase participation.

Step 2: Exhibitors securely submit their content & lists.

Exhibitors take a minute to securely submit their client lists*, logo and any other content you want. They get to preview and approve the outgoing invite e-mail. Optionally, we can get exhibitor logos from their websites (where available) and pre-populate the tailored or customized e-mail for them to make it even easier.

Step 3: We clean lists & deploy invites on behalf of exhibitors*.

If you have us do the deployment of invites, we clean all e-mail lists to ensure better deliverability and overall success of your campaign. We deploy the invite e-mails on your exhibitors' behalf for a competitive per-email rate. Your exhibitors have the choice to receive the HTML code of a customized invite e-mail that they can send to clients themselves.

For maximum effectiveness, we can send invites multiple times before your event. An overall summary report is provided after each send, with tips and tweaks to increase effectiveness.

Optionally, we can provide each exhibitor with a list of clients who registered using their invite e-mail, so they can make arrangements to meet at the show.

Exhibitor Outreach

We reach out to your exhibitors by phone to explain the benefits of the program and to encourage them to participate. We also provide support 7 days a week via phone, e-mail and chat. Exhibitor Outreach is charged per exhibitor.

Invites Deployment

We deploy invites on your exhibitors' behalf. Before deployment, we clean lists to ensure a more effective email campaign. Email cleaning and deployment is charged at a competitive per-email basis.

Support Lite

As an alternative to our comprehensive exhibitor outreach and support program, we can provide limited support for exhibitors by e-mail and a chat widget on the portal page.

Exhibitor Polling

Is the program right for your event? Let us poll your exhibitors to gauge interest. Optionally, you can let them vote on what rewards matter most to them, to encourage even more participation.

Content Pre-fetching

Want to make it even easier for your exhibitors to participate? Let us pre-fetch their logo or any other content for their tailored or custom invite. Now all an exhibitor needs to do is submit their lists!

Advanced Reporting

With this addon we can provide a report to each exhibitor letting them know which clients signed up through their custom link so that they can arrange to meet at the show.
